Although I love black and white kitchens, springtime has put me in the mood for some bright colors. It’s amazing what a coat of paint, new window treatments, and some knickknacks can do to freshen up a kitchen. I realize the attached pictures has a little more than a simple face lift but I think there are so many great ideas in this show. Look at the cabinet hardware; it’s is elegant and so simple. The pink is not my style but man it pops! No look at those lime vases in the background. This kitchen would just not be the same without that splash of lime. The chandelier is over the top great.
Look at a lot of pictures, get great ideas, and go to town this spring.

This is a project about how to utilize every part of the 40 sqm apartment room became more functional and more comfortable. Designers removed the hallway and combined a living room with a kitchen and a dining area. Brilliant idea, every corner of the room used as a storage and bookcases. Two large cabinets placement near the entrance is a great solution in the utilization of space and function.

Goes to Stockholm, this 180 sqm apartment was designed by Mats Gustafson, a project of Upgrade Living.
Mats Gustafson give Oriental philosophy taste to this minimalist apartment but maintained with cutting-edge technology, with every aspect being controlled by remote, from air conditioning system to blinds and fireplace.
Finished in pure white, gives the impression of clean minimalism. Contemporary furniture, large paintings, little philosophy corners such as the subtle but powerful fireplace decorated with rocks are added as elegant feature to the apartment.

Designed by Jonathan Adler, this is 3,500 square foot Barbie’s Malibu dream house that was designed in honor of blonde’s 50th birthday. This house has an interior that is really beautiful, the details of accessories such as chandelier made of Barbie hair, a sunburst mirror made from 65 Barbie dolls and a closet filled with thousands of shoes are decorated perfectly. The master bedroom, the closet and some other things are made in bright pink color that has always been great association to the “client”. An in-house museum features 25 vintage Barbie dolls on display. Not forgetting a pink Volkswagen New Beetle with a motorized pop-up vanity in the trunk is usually parked in the garage. Everything about Barbie lifestyle can you have encountered in this house.
