Matsuki Residence in the Discovery Bay area of Hong Kong by HEAD Architecture and Design
Situated in the Discovery Bay area of Hong Kong, Matsuki Residence was designed by HEAD Architecture and Design. Built with a tight budget and with limited time by combined two unexceptional apartments to form what is essentially a single, dramatically conceived space. This is a new home for a new family, in which the rituals of family life – bathing, playing, eating, sleeping – can be thoroughly re-evaluated, with an open-plan sequence of simple flexible spaces facilitating the informal flow and changing requirements of an expanding family.[HEAD Architecture and Design]
