Star Pendant Lamp inspired by Origami constructions
Star is a pendant lamp with diamond shape. Designed by Rodrigo Vairinhos of NEO Design, this pendant lamp was inspired by Origami constructions. Made of 2mm aluminium plate to create the whole structure, the Star have features a composition of folded surfaces that are similar to the flexibility and lightness of paper. The designer tried to concentrate his work on the light/shadow interaction between the core lighting bulb and the object itself, as it provides a reflection on its high glossy surfaces.
