Comes from Belgian designer Marina Bautier, this is a form of creative furniture design. The modular seating system designed to combine several functions of the seating system. Besides its main function as seating, there added also an attached lamp beside a chair. Designers seem to indicate this chair for a short rest in a hall, a hotel lounge or a library.
Jehs + Laub has designed JALIS sofa for the manufacturer, COR. JALIS is taken from the Arabic, which means the magical word for relaxed communication, comfortable in any circumstances.
