Architekt DI Johann Lettner actually managed to take advantage of environmental conditions when building this magnificent house. This three-story house have planned sections on each floor. This is a good example for good real estate location.

Sun soaked roof terrace offers a view for this house a swimming pool, where swimming pools how to work through the first volume, in the open space and a second volume. And underground offers another level of the entire space of the same life style and bright as the floor above. In this “basement” architects inserted a glass wall that floods the interior with natural light.

Inside the house is equipped with a floating central staircase, surrounded by an open-concept interiors that offer unobstructed views from the outside through the big glass walls.
